Returns

We want you to be happy with your order! If you'd like to return your order for any reason, simply contact within 14 days of your receipt for a full refund.


If the refund request is due to a product quality issue, we will send you a return label to return the product to us. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@dejon.co.za. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the refund request is for any other reason, once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer. We do not provide return labels and you are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs incurred to ship your order to you. Please contact us before you send your shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in brand new condition, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Clearance, discontinued or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on. If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original credit card or an exchange can be made.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damaged Products Due to Customer's Pet:

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on products that have been damaged by the customer's pet. We understand that pets are beloved members of the family, but we kindly request customers to ensure the safety and well-being of their pets in proximity to our products.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
